You can choose between

• Studios (S): 1 room, ca 22 - 33 sq. m, small patio
• Regular Apartmens (N): 1 living room and 1 bedroom, ca 40 - 50 sq. m., terrace, for up to 4 people
• Big Apartments (G): 3 rooms, ca 90 sq. m., living/dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, terraces, Sat-tv, for up to 6 people.
• La Casita "small cottage" (C): 1 room, ca 30 sqm, small patio

The Studios (S) are situated in the upper part of the cottage, near the entrance and have one room of about 22 – 33 sqm. You can use this room as a bedroom, as well as a living-room. It is equipped with a double bed-settee and a kitchenette, which provides everything you need for cooking. Furthermore, there is a bathroom with shower and WC as well as a small patio. We have tried to think of everything you might need to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

The regular apartments (N) with a size of 40 – 50 sqm, are also situated in the upper part of the cottage, near the entrance and have one living-room and one bedroom each. This is ideal for up to 4 people. A double bed or two single beds are available, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and WC. The furnished terrace of 20 – 30 sqm invites you to eat outside.

One of the big apartments (G) is recommendable, if you are spending you holidays with 4 or more people. They are situated on the ground floor of the cottage and with their 100 sqm provide enough space for up to 6 persons. The apartments are on two floors. On the upper floor there is the spacious living room with Sat-TV, the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen, which provides everything you need for cooking. On the ground floor, you will find two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Each apartment has two big terraces, one on the upper and one on the lower floor, which you can reach from the two bedrooms. Of course, the apartments provide a bathroom with shower and WC.

La Casita (C) is situated near the big apartments and it is known as our little treasure. The small cottage consists of a combined living-cum-bed room, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and WC, as well as a small terrace, which offers tranquillity, privacy and a scenic sea view.

Conditions

You can only book the apartment type as we cannot guarantee the availability of a specific apartment if requested. Nevertheless, we try to fulfil your wishes.

If you need a cot for your children, please let us know and we will provide one, irrespective of the accommodation type you have booked.

For terraces and patios, sunloungers and garden furniture are provided.

In general, heaters and radiators are not needed. However, we can provide them if requested.
Please note that you cannot bring pets.

Service

We offer weekly cleaning (dish-washing not included) and changing of towels and bedclothes.

Most days we can deliver fresh breakfast rolls. Furthermore, we offer a delivery service, where you can order small items of shopping, as well as a laundry service.

A bar and 2 restaurants are a few minutes' walk away. Usually you can also purchase drinks and snacks at the nearby beach. A cafe with panoramic views can be reached by climbing a steep slope. Alternatively, you could walk once or twice a week into Puerto de la Cruz, shop at one of the supermarkets there, and then return (inexpensively) by taxi.
